Travelling by plane in the EU: what are your rights?
If you travel by plane in France or the European Union, you have rights. In the event of a delayed or cancelled flight, lost or damaged luggage, etc., you can benefit from assistance, refund or compensation. These rights stem mainly from European Regulation 261/2004 and the 1999 Montreal Convention.

- if you take off from a country in the European Union, Iceland, Norway (or Switzerland);
